“我们假设有一个人正在为‘我的性格是悲观的’而苦恼，我们可以试着把他的话换成“我具有悲观的‘世界观’”。
我认为问题不在于自己的性格，而在于自己所持有的世界观。性格一词或许会带有‘不可改变’这一感觉，但如果是世界观的话，那就有改变的可能性。”
